Save Page as PDF
- A yellow bar says the extension "started debugging this browser"
- That is Chrome's notice for the only mechanism an extension can use to render a page to PDF on your computer. It appears while the PDF is generated, usually well under a second, and goes away when the capture ends. Nothing is sent anywhere. Clicking Cancel on the bar stops that capture.
- "Cannot save this page"
- Chrome blocks every extension on its own internal pages (addresses starting with chrome://), on the Chrome Web Store and on the extensions gallery. Open the content on a normal web page and try again.
- The PDF has no background colours or images
- Open the extension's options and switch on "Print background colours and images".
- The page cuts off or scales oddly
- Some pages define their own print layout. In the options, try "Margins: none" or a different paper size, or change the scale. Pages that are mostly scripts may print differently from how they look.
- The tab already shows a PDF
- The extension downloads that document as it is, instead of taking a picture of the viewer.
- My license key is not accepted
- Keys look like
XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXand arrive in the Lemon Squeezy order email. Paste the whole key, then click Activate. If it still fails, reply to your order email or write to us with the order number; never post the key publicly. - Pro stopped working
- The license is re-checked about once a week. If your computer was offline for more than a month, open the options page while online and click Activate again.
Refunds
Pro licenses are sold by Lemon Squeezy. Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by replying to the order email; it is handled there, not by us, and we do not argue about it.
